What we show, and what we do not
We show participating MyStateMLS listings that are authorized for internet display and qualify as commercial: office, retail, industrial, multifamily income property, mixed use, commercial land, hospitality, self-storage, medical and special-purpose property. See how listings qualify.
We do not show every commercial property on the market, private or off-market offers, or business-for-sale listings without real estate.
Clear prices and real sizes
A lease rate is shown with its unit and period, exactly as the listing states them. When a listing does not say whether its rate is per square foot or a total, or monthly or yearly, we say so instead of guessing. Building size, available space and land are kept apart, and unknown values stay unknown. Read how to read commercial lease rates.
Your inquiry goes to the listing agent
Every message and tour request goes only to that listing's agent or brokerage. We do not sell inquiries or pass them to other agents.
