What the site is

Commercial Only Properties is a website for finding commercial property for sale and space for lease from participating MyStateMLS brokerages, with general guides to commercial listing terms. We are not a party to any sale or lease, we do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and we do not run auctions.

Listing information

Listings are provided by MyStateMLS from participating brokerages. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may change at any time, and should be verified with the listing agent and appropriate professionals. Property types, sizes, lease rates and their unit and period, lease structures, additional charges, zoning, features and any investment figures are as reported by the listing and are not verified by us. Where we convert a rate (for example to a rate per square foot per year or an estimated monthly base rent) we say so, and the conversion is only as accurate as the listing's own figures.

Comparisons and guides

Comparisons, conversions and guides are general information. They are not an appraisal, a valuation, an underwriting opinion or an investment recommendation, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. Reported zoning is not a determination that any use is permitted; confirm with the local zoning authority.

Contacting listing agents

When you send an inquiry, you agree that we may pass your name, company, contact details and message to the listing agent or brokerage named on the page. A tour request is not a confirmed appointment. Confidential documents such as offering memoranda are shared, if at all, by the listing representative directly and on their terms.

Do not scrape or copy listing data or photos in bulk, interfere with the site, submit false or spam inquiries, impersonate others, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
