Listing source

Listings on Commercial Only Properties are provided by MyStateMLS from participating brokerages. Each property page shows the listing brokerage (and listing agent where available), when the brokerage last changed the listing, and when we last confirmed MyStateMLS data. Those are two different times and are shown separately.

Accuracy

Listing information is provided by the listing brokerage, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and should be independently verified. Property types, building and space sizes, lease rates and their unit and period, lease structures, additional charges, zoning, features and any investment figures are as reported by the listing. Commercial Only does not verify them and does not certify any legal, environmental or physical condition of a property, or that a use is permitted.

Display permissions

We show only listings authorized for internet display, and we honor withheld addresses: when the address is withheld, it is not shown on the page, in links, map pins, search results, structured data or shared previews. Listings that leave the MyStateMLS feed stop being shown; we never label them sold or leased.

Updates

Listing changes are checked every few minutes. If MyStateMLS updates are delayed, pages say when data was last received, and after a long delay inquiries are paused until we can confirm listings are still current.

Coverage

Coverage depends on which brokerages participate in MyStateMLS and differs by state. The site does not include every commercial property on the market or every listing from every MLS.
